Position Description
We are ServiceMaster Restore. One of the largest disaster restoration companies in the US – we provide water damage and fire damage services to residential and commercial customers – is in search of a project manager in Merrimack, NH area who will also support the East Coast Region. This project manager will be responsible for helping to drive the continued growth of a multi-million-dollar branch through exceptional project management, estimating, and customer service. This position reports to the branch manager.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage mitigation and restoration projects in assigned territory in accordance with the responsibilities of a project manager
  • Build great relationships with customers – e.g., insurance adjusters, business owners, and homeowners – to help ensure repeat business built on trust
  • Estimate projects following established policies and standard operating procedures to ensure profitable and successful job completion
  • Collaborate with production managers, job coordinators, and production teams to ensure high quality service
  • Adhere to insurance carrier, third-party administrator, and customer SLAs
  • Help identify, hire, and develop awesome technician and fellow PM talent
  • Complete billing-related duties as scheduled or assigned
  • Support growing a culture of excellence
  • Ensure technicians you oversee are compliant with various service level agreements and documentation requirements; facilitate feedback and collection of required documents, photos, and CRM notes as appropriate
  • Complete and maintain required training and certifications: IICRC, AHERA, etc.
  • Complete on call duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience; disaster restoration industry experience preferred, but not required
  • 1-10 years of experience running your own projects/jobs as a project manager or supervisor
  • Great person/leader-- leadership ability, business acumen, judgment, adaptability, and humility
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities with the highest attention to detail
  • Customer-centric attitude serving our (home/business owner) policyholders and insurance adjusters
  • Belief that a culture of safety is key to your team and the company’s wellbeing
  • Desire to excel in a 24/7/365 emergency services (disaster restoration) business
  • Computer proficiency—e.g., email, MS Office, CRM software, Xactimate/estimating software, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Can be located in NH, MA or Sourthern ME. Must be able to travel to NH or Northern MA
Compensation, benefits, and perks offered:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000/yr. depending on experience
  • Eligible for Quarterly and/or Annual bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $25,000/yr.
